The Research portion of the facility includes four laboratory areas, two cold storage rooms; a 20'x22' with fixed shelving, and a 40'x15' room with library shelving. Also in the research facility is a 38'x24' greenhouse and 5,400 sq ft farm equipment storage and two Donaldsin Torit Dust Collection Systems.

The property has three-phase electric on site, two 1, 000 gal propane tanks for heating (leased), and a 500 gal diesel fuel tank. Current farm lease through 2024 growing season.
